[Leaplist] LEAPBusiness exists for administrative meta-discussions ...

Just want to point out LEAPBusiness exists for administrative and
related meta-discussions (mega-discussions? ;).  I.e., I recently
noted the number of these made to LEAPList have increased and I'm now
being cut several (half-dozen now?) Digests every day (instead of one
every few days ;).

To this end I have made three (3) posts for those interested.  One
"general" (my, likely hypocritical, views on suggestions), and I
broke the current set of suggestions into two (2) separate threads

Just a "suggestion" (ignoring that whole recursive/rhetoric question
