I'm not sure if Google Adwords has a way to geo-target. But a poor man's
way to accomplish the same goal would be to buy keywords that include
"orlando", "central florida", etc.
Since you pay per-click with Google Adwords (and I wouldn't expect these
to get tons of clicks), and more popular keywords cost more (and these
are pretty niche keywords), this might be pretty cost-efficient advertising.
But I'm not sure how necessary Adwords is. It might make more sense
simply to try to improve the search ranking of the LEAP site for the
same keywords.
