I'd suggest it.  I never had much success with Ubuntu.  I find I just 
prefer using Debian, especially on the server but even on the desktop. 
Ubuntu just seems to be kind of, off somehow.  (Like, in 6.06 server the 
init.d script for Exim4 wouldn't actually, you know, restart Exim4; 
never experienced something that screwed up in Debian proper.)
