I think you can do something like:
<font size="+2">Whatever text.</font>

But this paragraph looks like you're talking about viewing the web pages.

What browser are you using?  Each one will have its own settings for this.

For Firefox:
Edit --> Preferences --> Content --> Advanced -->
(Setting for "minimum font size")
