[Leaplist] duplicity recommendation

Yeah, what you have to do is devote a LOCAL machine to be the backup server, 
and burn DVDs or tapes from that machine. The benefit of a backup server is 
backups are lightning fast and don't tax any production machines. Having a 
backup server doesn't relieve the need for removable media backups because 
otherwise the backup server represents a single point of failure, and also 
because you need offsite backups in case of hurricane, earthquake, burglery 
etc.
