[Leaplist] duplicity recommendation

We tried using rsync at work to backup a server at a remote location. It 
didn't work for us, but that had nothing to do with rsync. Rsync worked 
perfect, but the slow WAN link and high amount of changing data caused 
rsync to constantly fall behind, it just couldn't keep up. I believe it 
would do great for a single computer or small home network.
