What is the motherboard manufacturer? We have seen problems with
certain Intel motherboards running a 32-bit OS not recognizing the
complete amount of RAM when using 4 GB. The biggest culprit is any of
the Intel's running the 915G Express BIOS, but they have a few others
as well. We saw 3.6 GB is the last computer that had this problem.

Intel released a White Paper in February 2005 named "Intel Chipset 4GB
System Memory Support" detailing this exact issue. I have it available
is anyone wants it.
