The authors are based in a foreign country, whose laws permit this
variation in name convention, as NOT an infringement.


This is an update/revision of Vixta that we are describing and
discussing. Vixta is based on Fedora.

Microsoft really doesn't want to file lawsuits in the EU right now, as
they have paid th $600 million fine but are STILL NOT in compliance with
the EU Commission and Courts.  Treading lightly, for the moment...

Vixta dates back to the release of Vista, and is concurrent.  Create a
desktop background photo similar to, but NOT identical to, Vista, and
put in on the top of a current GNU/Linux distro.

I remember when Lindows (USA based Corporation) became Linspire, in
America, and remained Lindows, elsewhere.

Not going to trouble myself with protecting the biggest multiple
convicted pirate monopolist felon on the planet.  meh.

BTW, Microsoft has dropped dramatically on the list of "best places to
work",
