I am still trying to understand what all the hype is about..  Do we
actually have people out there who want their Corvette to look like a
old beat up scooter. 

I have been waiting for Microsoft to start the legal action against open
source..  and I think they have cause..  

Just like I can't start a retail business and name it K-Mert,  or Sars, 
I don't know how we can in good conscious have a distro called Vixta. 
Anyone who is involved in this crap deserves to loose everything they
own in the legal actions.   I can hear the argument in court..  

Your honor.. not only did they use a name so close to ours misleading 
the public, but they have openly make every effort to look and feel like
us..  They are using the billions we spend in promoting Vista to further
their cause and we have been damaged by billions.. which is want we want
to recover..

I will never touch a distro that leaves the entire open source community
in jeopardy.  Some people are just idiots...   Don't they understand
that to put a logo on a computer or software that says "Vista Capable"
they must get microslops permission to use the word.. Vista..  its
called Trademarking..
