I'd browse their site.  There is also an active forum for Postbooks.  Near as 
I can tell, you can try to import from a CSV or a QIF, perhaps.  You will 
probably need to get the Quickbooks SDK and write a tool to handle the 
export, though.  I didn't look into it in any further detail.

Postbooks didn't have the 'polish' look Quickbooks seems to have, from their 
usage videos, but as near as I can tell, it has support for anything you may 
want to do, short of payroll processing.
