Most SOHO devices come with little support other than FAQs and forums.
That's what you get for buying a device that is $5 after rebate (and
that's circa 2007).

??? "End-point router" ???
Not to be anal, but I have no idea what that is. I think you mean
"Access Point" (AP), which is a full, layer-2 bridging device, not a
limited, psuedo-layer-3 "router" (which is why I call them 'Ritters).
Again, not trying to be anal, but let's not invent new terms, especially
when they aren't technically applicable. Unless I'm missing something,
and I've been known to overlook simple details before.
