Where are you pinging from? The IPCop box? If so, then yes, you should be
able to reach all IPs.

If you're pinging from your internal LAN (I'm not familiar with your
green/blue/orange methodology... I use pf), then you should *not* be able
to reach the other IPs with the exception of your internet IP (assuming
the nic1 IP is your internal LAN IP).
