Helix has several password recovery tools but I'm assuming the specific tool you are looking for is CHNTPW.

Some days you think old age is creeping up..   About a year ago I
downloaded an ISO (credit card size) that contained all of the windows
password recovery tools on it.  I gave the disk away thinking I still
had the iso file.  Well bottom line I don't and can't for the life of me
remember the name of the distro.  Can anyone help here.. it was not one
of the standard "system rescue CD's"  It had all of the standard stuff,
+ all of the other windows related stuff..  This disk has been in my
toolkit for the last year..  I need it back

If no one knows the name, please dump me the names of the windows
password recovery tool that run under linux, and I will build a new boot
image for myself..   I think this time it will be on a USB disk.
