[Leaplist] Seeking advice re downloading "ipcop"

My Op. System is Fedora core 9.

I want to download and install the “ipcop” program.

I opened my Firefox Web Browser and clicked on “File/Open Location.”
The “Open Web Location” screen appears. I type “www.ipcop.com” in the
data entry space.
and then click “Open.” The screen says that soon ipcop will be opening
a website here.
But no opportunity to download the program is offered at that website.

I then opened Google and typed “download ipcop.”

A hit to the ipcop website appears onscreen. There's a menu on the left
edge of the screen
which contains “Dowloads.” I click on “Downloads.”

Now there's a chart which offers three lines of downloads of ipcop.
The latest one is July 23, 2008 and it is version IPCop 1.4.21
I click "Download."

A new screen appears which asks me to pick the choice best fitting my
Op. System.

The two choices are: ipcop-1.4.21-sources.tgz Size 2104840

and

 ipcop-1.4.21-update.i386.tgz.gpg Size 1094048

Which should I download?

(I did a "man" for gpg and found the man page to be possibly the most
voluminous man page I have ever seen.

Do most Leaplist subscribers download the ".gpg" version?

I don't have gpg keys public or private.)

Thanks very much,

William
