evilcpc - evil car pc (GPL, all OS's via Qt-4 (C++))

Really just a car-pc framework... but it's in a finalized state. I'm the
sole developer on that project. Not too interesting for end-users, though,
until people start making plugins for it... and my own attention has
shifted to nghost in the mean-time.
