in this time of rampant government waste on every level, some  
oversight of the government by "we the people" who instituted those  
governments is long overdue.


oh, and to keep this message on topic, i'm sending it through my  
server (running CentOS 5, a clone of redhat enterprise linux 5), to  
phil's server (also running CentOS 5) underneath it, and then on to  
whatever you're using to read the message- which probably includes at  
least one more linux server, and maybe a linux desktop. pretty cool,  
huh?

also, phil and i are both running an MTA called "qmail"... even  
cooler, i think.
