The 2.5" laptop drives come in two thicknesses (12mm and 9.5mm,or some similar
fraction). Some laptops will only accommodate the thinner drive. I just got
a WD120 from newegg (69.99) and it IS the thinner variety, so it would work
in either size cradle. But if you opt for another brand, double check the
thickness, and if it's 12mm, then double check the size your laptop takes.
