actually, i don't know... part of me thinks back to how that one joker  
blew his lid (and how hard i had to try not to laugh in his face while  
it was happening- come on, it took this guy TWENTY MINUTES to figure  
out the firewall had been rebooted?) and part of me thinks about the  
fact that i got to make hundreds of people grumble under their breath,  
all at the same time.

they're both fun. so which is better- irritating one guy to the point  
of almost causing a brain aneurism? (i could see the veins throbbing  
on his forehead, i didn't laugh because i didn't want him to pop.) or  
a spread-out low-level increase in frustration for hundreds of people  
at once?

either way, entropy increases! (or... something like that... uhh...
