I've been using DokuWiki[1] since last fall.  It's fairly impressive for 
maintaining documentation.  I finally started moving all my documentation 
over to it[2].  I suggest the blockquote and note plugins, though there are 
hundreds of plugins available from math formulas, svg inclusion, calendering, 
database access, commenting, client side encryption of data, and so on.
