Told ya ;)

Do not comment it out. Delete it. ordb.org closed down 2 years ago. They
started returning positive for EVERY IP last Thursday in an attempt to get
people to stop hitting their server for every mail received.

Seriously, if you ever accidentally uncomment that like you will blacklist the
entire internet:
