[Leaplist] IPCop Password

Perfect, it's working. Thanks! I was more than willing to reinstall, but one
of the things I love about Linux is the ability to fix issues most of the
times without re-installing. This time around, I feel like I got a pretty
good feel for installation, learned how to set up the root and admin
password if not presented during installation, how to enter single user mode
(whatever that is), and how to enable SSH.

Today, if time permits, I plan on installing the red card and the blue card,
configure them, and hopefully, tonight I will replace my SBS 2003 server
with the more secure IPCop machine.

you didn't finish the the install.

log in as root and type "setup". this runs the second half of the installer,
which allows you to set the "admin" password for the web interface, as well
as set up IP addresses and ethernet card assignments.
