Microsoft utterly and abjectly failed to get working the microcode for
Bhutan's  Dzongkha language, and appears to have abandoned yet another
huge market, as inconvenient and not worth the effort.

 So, the Bhutanese did it themselves, in Open Source, as of course, you
can't get the source code from the "multiple convicted pirate, thief,
monopolist, con-artist Microsoft" for love nor money, even if you are a
GOVERNMENT and were promised the code in 2005!

I wish I could explain exactly how I feel about Microsoft, but, this is
a family friendly forum, and big legal terms mostly in latin would be
lost or inappropriate for the audience.  et tu, Brutea?
