If I've read that correctly ...it looks like you have only the "Files" section.  This is incomplete.

You should also have some other sections, likely including these:
"ServerLayout"
"Module"
"ServerFlags"
"InputDevice" (Maybe more than one)
"Monitor"
"Device"
"Screen"
"Extensions"
