Actually, nVidia seemed to have some comment about software patents
being the infringement on their release of those resources!

I have  2 ATI Radeon 9250 PCI cards to test out in GNU/Linux systems.

I don't buy nVidia.  Remember the rootkit that took advantage of the
nVidia closed source driver back door?

No thanks, nVidia, and I am happy to see some major market pressure come
to bear upon you!
