Presuming it boots, then yes you can run setup again to re-detect the  
NICs.
The settings are abstracted the the RED/ORANGE/BLUE/GREEN cards and  
as such, changing the physical card will not affect the settings.

I usually log in as root and run "setup" to start the configuration app.
