Last show I helped organize for a non profit club, at the fairgrounds,
cost $2500 per day for the one hall, security sweeps, and other
mandatory charges, and we already had 100 paying table space venders to
pay for space.

Setup costs extra, unless enough folks volunteer over the time of the
show, to set up, tear down, etc.

It is much better to simply rent a table and promote Linux, and, at the
end of the day, walk away happily.   We can attend the HamCation, and
also, perhaps, the Computer Show sponsored by CFCS.  At the second, you
will see tons of folks who really are already into computers, and might
like to try a LiveCDrom. Patrick.
