Anyone doing any modding or hacking of Tivo boxes?

I like the Series2 Dual Tuner TCD640080 for it has the ethernet on the
back, above the dual USB ports.

Just getting into swapping hard drives in them, and updating their
software levels. Anyone running Freevo on theirs?
