From that and numerous other articles it seems to me that people seem
to believe that just because they write something and have it published
that this in itself establishes a right to claim a copyright. Many such
formula seemed to have started back in the far past ages. Then all of a
sudden some character says it's mine by right of publication and so the
world smiles on them and says "of course".
Methinks that is or should be, BULL.
