[Leaplist] Patent Infringement Lawsuit Filed Against Red Hat & Novell

it's a strange coincidence that a week before the lawsuits a MS IP guy 
joined the company.  There's three other MS folks in the top echelon of 
the company.  I don't believe in coincidence.  It's in the groklaw 
article.  You may disagree..that's cool..but when it's done MS will 
spend more money trying to kill Free and open source software.
