executives.
4) IP Inovations files a suit against Novell and Redhat.
5) Same company who has already lost 3 times on this patent.
6) its all FUD
7) the same technology I had on my Altos in 1982.. an original Xerox
Parc previous work..   nothing new here..

I predict that Microsoft will quickly step in and get the Novell part
dropped by rattling their patent sabers at IP Inovation LLC, then they
will say to the world.. "see you need our indemnification, if Redhat had
signed the agreement we offered.."  

BTW IP Inovations LLC does not sell any product.. they buy patents and
file law suits..
