It is scheduled for the first weekend in October, and
http://www.cfcs.org  has all the details.

Though Microsoft will be there, and will hand out a 'huge' four boxes of
their crapware in raffles (well, M$ revenue is really in the toilet, as
Vista crapped out, OpenOffice is the choice of the OEMs and the Fortune
500, and the WGA killed a half a million PAYING Customer's systems in
the past month, and the lemmings are now scared!).

A fine showing by users of other OSes, with swag (like some FREE
LiveCDroms, OpenCDroms?) would also announce our numbers to the folks in
CFCS and FACUG.

I would love to walk around handing out LiveCDroms, if no one wants to
actually pay for and man a display table!
