[Leaplist] Group deal?

I haven't ordered any in a couple months, so you can put me down for
200. (that is, if you don't mind either shipping or handing off to
someone else who is traveling down there)

The last RJ45 jacks I ordered from Kowloon Hong Kong cost me $10.99
for 100, (but understand that also included 100 RJ45 snagless boots
and included shipping cost).

I actually got a bunch of 100 packs of RJ11 jacks (quality domestic) for free.
My guys found 1 in each 1000' box of Cyberlink CAT5e CMP we had on a
recent install.
I laid over 2 miles of cable in that building, so the boxes had piled
up. I went through each empty box and, sure enough, found a RJ11 pack
in each box we had thrown out.
Woot! It was like early Christmas.

While on topic of cheap net hardware, If you really look around, you
can find CAT5e keystone jacks (for wallplates) for 99 cents each.
Those can be questionable in quality and should be avoided on installs
that you want to have flawless. You can get some good deals
domestically, and you should buy good quality patch panels and
keystone jacks. Even some specific domestic stuff has problems and
have to be repunched. Not fun when you have 200 nodes and warranty
the work to not fail for 7 years.
 :(
