that will WOW our members and get them excited enough to take and
present your materials later we need you.

Please choose either a user group subject or a technical subject but one
that you feel is

most appropriate for this conference.

I attended the Fall meeting over here at the Shriners Convention Hall.
So, most of the regular attendees at these meets now have LiveCDroms of
Linux.  I suggest we hit them again!

I will bring Vixta!


I demonstrated to the Corrections Officers in attendance who were on the
show security team, and had brought laptops.  They went off with liveCDs
of Mepis, and The Open CD 7.0.4

I also won the $700 Grand door prize, Microsoft Office Ultimate...

One gent, President of a Tallahassee computer group, thrilled to have a
FREE LiveCDrom of Mepis from me earlier, commented, loudly, that I was
the Linux guy, and didn't need MS Office, to which I replied I could run
it in a Virtual Emulator, in Linux, so when it crashed, I could recover
quickly... the whole room laughed!
