[Leaplist] Help!!!

I have a note book with dual log on (Windows & Linux SuSE10.1). While making an attempt to upgrade my Linux, I seem to have loaded a second version of SUSE10.2 and locked out the Sector that has Suse 10.1. How can I remove all of linux and reload Suse 10.2 and thus claim all of the secors given to Linux? I need to remove Suse 10.1 to free up the drive and resize it
