I just violated a Dell laptop and installed Mepis Linux on it.
Gee, I can't wait for her to get home and see how nice I made it work!
A huge complaint in this house is about Tetris games, that she keeps
paying for, that don't work right. Sheezam, there are like 30 of the
them in Linux!
That makes 6 computers in about 4 days. BillG, Chair tossing Steve, and
the Evil Dark Lordz really are losing market share fast! I bet Linux
holds over 22% actually, and Mac might be a close second.
No wonder the monopoly kidz are bribing poor officials in Nigeria! But,
I'll believe them installing M$ on the OLPCs when I see it. Folks who
accept bribes are already criminals and won't do what is wanted, anyway.
