In my windoze daze, I occasionally had computer users hold a shift key down and press print screen to place an active window onto a clipboard. Then paste to a document so I could later see what they saw.

KSnapshot allows you to capture the whole screen, an active window, or just the zone you select and save in a variety of formats.

I am currently looking for a way to save by default to a website domain sub-folder via ftp, without having to teach anyone how to use ftp.

Then I can "get the picture" even when they no longer have it on their screen, or even their computer turned on.
