We have hundreds of list members. You'll surely miss some posts with this 
method.

You might consider not doing it that way for this list. We don't have a spam 
problem. I can't remember when the last one sneaked through, but it has been 
years.

We automatically delete hundreds of spams from the inbound list queue simply 
because they are not joined to the list. It works.
