Is this *your* mail server, or RRs mail server?

If it's yours, chances are they started blocking port 25 on your service.
You can either go to business class or find an alternate provider. In my
own experience, Bell South blocks port 25 for anything not going through
their servers atm, effectively blocking all non-webmail e-mail traffic.
