PCLinuxOS is a derivative of Mandriva, and _if_ it will load, they have a 
re-mastering package, that will let you install on one pc, configure any way 
you want, and build a new livecd from what you just configured. (A lot of the 
PCLinux-er's use it for a configured 'backup'), but it should work for mass 
installations.  Word of caution, PCLinuxOS 2007 is still a few days(?) away 
from final release, but you might test with TR4.
