This page a) has to run on the server it was obtained from as it is
pulling data from the server using an AJAX-type mechanism (the
"JSONHttpRequest" references), b) requires Javascript be enabled on your
browser, c) has nothing to do with Java.  Remember that Javascript and
Java are completely unrelated technologies, despite the names.  What web
browser were you using?  Did it work in the original location?
