Yeah! I agree with Fred. Any time I run into anything, no matter how
trivial, that tries to make me use Windoze or Internet Exploder, I send
them a nastygram. Very often I can escalate this into a whole slew of
questions and stuff that they have to answer, very time-consuming for them.
I can't believe there isn't another financial vendor out there that you
could switch to. If it's just a little thing it wouldn't be much work to
switch. And if it's a significant size, well, I think I'd go to the
FINANCIAL people and tell them how big an account they are just about to
lose because their techies and website people are being unreasonable ...
When I got my new computer, I didn't completely wipe Windoze, just
crushed it down to a teeny weeny partition. It's there, but I'd rather
fight than reboot!
