Andrei,

I have a Compaq Aero 1500, It currently has windows CE on it,
but could be converted to DSL, I also have a USB docking station for it and
if I look hard enough can probably find its original AC charger .. You would
need to come and get it, but the cost is in your ball park FREE I have not
used it in years and none of my kids want it

Subject: [Leaplist] anyone with an old PDA out there?

Hi friends,

I am looking for an old PDA. All it needs to be capable of doing is reading
ascii text, PDF and html file and have a way (such as a microSD disk) to
hold about 1GB of data (all I want to do with this is read books in these
three formats). And, of course, it needs halfway decent batteries or, the
option to get new batteries for cheap.

I would, of course, prefer something Linux based (-: a Zaurus or Nokia 770
would be nice for sure :-) but as long as I can somehow load it up with my
books (USB, micro/mini-SD or any other way) I don't care too much about the
OS.

Does anyone have that kind of old PDA to donate or sell for not too much?

Kind regards,

Andrei
