it's about 9.15am on saturday march 10 right now. i just got a phone  
call from derek, who says there is some other group physically in the  
room already. and i don't have enrique's phone number, so i can't  
call him to find out what's going on.

so it sounds to me like there probably won't be an installfest today,  
unless this other group happens to clear out. if i hear anything else  
i will post a reply here.
