[Leaplist] someone explain why YUM does not do as it is told?

*--exclude=package*
Exclude a specific package by name or glob from updates on all
repositories. Configuration Option: *exclude*
that is right out of man yum so according to that it should no longer
look at ImageMagick as a package to update/grade.
