you really haven't given enough info for people to begin:
what is cpus? (or do you know age)
It was asked before, but not answered, where does it stop in the setup
process? (does it not act as if the cdrom is a bootable)
Are yous using the same keybaord, mouse, and monitor on all three. Are
they any good?
Are you swapping memory (any items) between the boxes for each attempt
are they defective?

If it sees the cdrom, and does somewhere early in the setup, Where is that?

Basically your there with them. What do you see?
