http://cheaptronicsdepot.com has refurb Dell machines.  Cheap, Pat and 
Greg are near my home, and seem to have good product, full warranty.  
Prices are thrifty!  Dell doesn't sell their machines with anything 
other than Microsoft products installed.  If you order one of the three 
desktops that have no OS, they toss a CDrom of FreeDOS into the shipping 
box!
