I'm using Gmail.

Pros: Everything. I pop my mail so that I can use my standard mail
client at home. On the road, I use the web interface. I have all my
information everywhere. The ability to quickly search all my mail is
very nice. Web-mails are autosaved to the draft folder while you are
composing, without impacting you composing the mail. I can pop mail
from other accounts and import it into Gmail. Gmail's spam handling
is better than all the other services, so I use Gmail to "sanitize"
mail I receive on other addresses.

Add in FireGPG if you want to sign and encrypt your web mail:

Cons: I did not have this 10 years ago.
