with all of the IP agreements that MS is making with Linux vendors I am 
beginning to wounder if MS is really just trying to grab legal access to 
IP that it has been using for years without permission?

just conspiracy no proof, but who knows as Windows is closed and no one 
can read the code to verify if MS is stealing IP as they have been 
caught in the past doing.
