I got Fedora 7 installed on my laptop and the only issue is the one it has 
with every version of Linux, that is that I have to add some lines to exclude 
interrupts from /etc/pcmcia/config.opts or it won't boot with the network 
card installed.

Other than that, it was a pretty uneventful install. I was playing with the 
Install DVD, booted in emergency fix mode, changed to the mounted directory 
and chrooted it. I was able to run yum update while chrooted to that 
directory and update the installation. That's cool.
