Took his example, substituted the telephoned info, marked other as xx or
deleted it.  the on-topic issues are the Inet Addr and the Bcast, and
the mask...

the special VOIP/Cable modem assigns the IP to the computer from it's
built-in firewall.  Funny that they used those, perhaps.
Unless there is some deal with a Microsoft vendor, or M$ itself?
